Marketing Executive

Analyse customer behaviours, competitor activities and industry trends
Assist in developing and launching marketing campaigns
Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to produce promotional materials for smooth execution, support the development of marketing initiatives across different platforms and channels
Generate insights from marketing reports to propose future marketing efforts

Retail Sales

Take charge of all sales activities in store in accordance with the Company’s standards of image, services and guidelines
Greet customers and understand customers’ needs, develop client relationships, sales and deliver post-sales services, ensuring a positive in-store experience
Promote and sell telecommunications services including but not limited to mobile plans, roaming packages, broadband and accessories, while meeting sales targets and upselling value-added services
Maintain store presentation and inventory to ensure accurate stock levels, organise displays and up-to-date promotional materials

Account Manager – Enterprise Sales

Manage and grow corporate clients’ relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships through regular engagement and tailored solutions
Identify business opportunities, develop customised proposals and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
Coordinate with internal departments to deliver seamless service and resolve client issues efficiently
Monitor account performance and industry trends to generate actionable reports to support strategic decisions and strengthen client retention

Accountant

Prepare and maintain financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and balance sheets in compliance with accounting standards
Manage accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely payments, collections and accurate reconciliation
Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting, providing insights to support strategic planning and cost control
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and audits, preparing necessary documentation and liaising with external auditors or authorities

System Analyst

Analyse business and technical requirements, translating them into functional specifications for software development
Evaluate existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and recommend software solutions
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure software meets user needs and project goals
Prepare documentation and reports, including system workflows, user manuals and performance analysis

Data Engineer (AI)

Design and maintain robust data pipelines to ingest, process and store structured and unstructured data for conversational AI systems
Develop multi-turn conversational agents that interpret user intent and integrate external APIs and tools dynamically
Implement a standardised Model Context Protocol for efficient data exchange between AI systems, APIs, platforms and databases
Optimize large language models and conduct research in ML, NLP, and conversational AI to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge

Core Network Engineer

Oversee end-to-end performance of mobile core domains (EPC, IMS, Datapath) to ensure reliable, high-quality connectivity
Design and implement AI/ML-driven models to enhance performance across RAN, Core and Internet layers
Build and maintain machine learning frameworks to extract actionable insights from large-scale network data and deliver regular reports to stakeholders
Drive automation and AI initiatives for performance monitoring, anomaly detection and diagnostics, while integrating emerging technologies to boost operational efficiency
