Macau - 21 November, 2012 - 3Macau has always been actively fulfilling its corporate social responsibility and is committed to supporting various charitable community events and promoting a caring society. 3Macau has been a supporter of the charitable events organised by the Charity Fund from the Readers of Macao Daily News (Charity Fund), which has contributed to Macau for more than 20 years. This year, the Charity Fund will organise Walks for a Million on 9 December 2012. 3Macau will make a cash donation of MOP $30,000 and set up free donation platforms to encourage customers to make a contribution.
From now until 31 December 2012, 3Macau customers can make a donation of MOP $30 by simply dialing *188#. Alternatively, they can donate by visiting 3g.three.com.mo/walkinmillion, where each donation is capped at MOP $150. Donation records will be shown on customer bills. All proceeds will go to the Charity Fund after the event.
Meanwhile, 3Macau employees have also actively responded to the event by forming teams with family members to take part in the walk, hoping to raise more money for the Charity Fund in order to help those in need in Macau.
